You pay one monthly retainer that covers your VA's fair pay and our recruiting, training, and ongoing management. VAST keeps a percentage of the retainer as its fee, and we shape the engagement around your starting budget. There are no upfront fees: you pay when you're matched and satisfied.
What if my VA isn't the right fit?
Every placement comes with our 90-day guarantee. For your first 90 days, Kyla personally works with you as your consultant to make sure you're seeing results, and we replace your VA free of charge, for any reason, any time in that window.
Will my VA work in my time zone?
Yes. Our VAs work your business hours, whether you're in the US, Australia, the UK, or elsewhere.
Who employs and pays the VA?
Your VA is engaged and paid through VAST. You pay VAST directly, we handle the VA's pay and management, and there is nothing for you to set up on the employment side.
What about NDAs and contracts?
